Experienced or not, your resume should be a class apart from the rest that a hiring manager will go through. Writing a regular resume is not enough, especially when you are just beginning your career. For you to be able to get in there and impress the hiring manager, you need a little more than mere mediocracy. Remember that mediocre resumes almost never make it beyond the “first” look that hiring managers give to them.
If your goal is to attain the hiring manager’s interest, you should be ready to invest your time and effort into impressing him or her. Remembering to place your resume in such a way that it leaves a mark on the reader is imperative.
