Tell us about your most difficult assignment.
About a year ago, I was made responsible to set up 3 model apartments for an upcoming open house – all in the span of 2 weeks. This became quite difficult as there was really no time to handle logistics, let alone acquire furniture and fittings. However, I managed to meet the deadline (and my manager’s approval) by working on double shifts and achieving what was asked of me.
Why did you decide to take up this work as a career?
I had some experience working in property management, albeit in a different capacity. When the first opportunity to work as a property management assistant arose and I took it up, I felt that this was interesting work and that I had the niche for it.
Where would you like your career to go from here?
At the moment, I am still learning the ropes. In due time, I hope to own a residential building that I can manage with a team of hardworking staff members!
